The firm was established in 1974 by Thomas O. Bailey for the purposes of providing accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses.  Mr. Bailey is actively involved in the firm today and employs 20 full-time CPA's and support staff.  He and his principals are actively involved in all areas of the practice.

The firm is conveniently located on Central Expressway just north of Mockingbird Lane near SMU.  The size of the firm lends itself to being able to effectively handle a wide range of clients.  Being a local firm, personal service to our Dallas-based clients is delivered effectively due to our convenient location.  Clients are encouraged to visit the office at any time to meet with the staff regarding their needs.

In addition, because of the vast experience of the staff, large engagements can be handled equally well with the same personalized service.

Each client, regardless of size, is assigned a manager to be their primary point of contact ensuring the personal service that Mr. Bailey is committed to deliver.
