Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Tax and Accounting Senior Accountant with approximately 4-6 years of tax return preparation and accounting experience to start immediately.

Prerequisites:

1. Proficient in review/preparation of federal/state tax returns
2. Proficient in compilation engagements
3. Proficient in Excel and Word, QuickBooks, Creative Solutions UltraTax preferred
4. Proficient in oral and written communication skills
5. Team player

Job Description:

1. Prepare form 1040, 1065 & 1120S tax returns or finish preparation of tax returns prepared by others on an as needed basis
2. Perform monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement compilations
3. Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and reports
4. Prepare annual state franchise tax returns
5. Prepare annual property tax rendition forms
6. Interact with client personnel on tax return information, due dates, deadlines, and other compliance matters and keep client administrators and/or Senior tax managers informed and vice-versa
